Development and Application of Intelligent Expert System for Cold Functional Test of Reactor Vessel Open in Nuclear Power Plant

In order to solve the problems such as too much manpower input, high risk of human failure, time-consuming data processing and low information level of test means, an intelligent expert system for cold functional test of reactor vessel open is developed. The system has the functions of test process control, real-time data acquisition and processing, result analysis and data storage. It can standardize the test process, control the test risk, improve the test efficiency and analyze the test results intelligently. The results have been successfully applied to several CPR1000 nuclear power plants. It has great significance for intelligent research of cold functional test of reactor vessel open.
