In this paper, one method to synthesize the large depth-of nondiffracting beam is proposed by applying the ring focus reflectarray antenna (RA) which operates at 35 GHz. The synthesis method and operation principle of this RA is specified to design the required phase distribution of the aperture. The phase of the single unit can be adjusted by controlling the patch size of the single element. This system can be utilized in many applications like near-field (NF) Wireless Power Transmission (WPT), NF detection and microwave imagine. The presented antenna owns the merits of low profile, easy to fabricate and low cost.
