In this paper, proposed and theoretically analyzed low voltage compatible design of a voltage ramp generator with high linearity which can be used in the zero crossing based integrators as a current source. Slew rate variations of the ramp are determining the integration accuracy of such type of integrators. Our goal was to create a circuit which could generate constant voltage ramp signal regardless of the output capacitive load variations. With proposed circuit slew rate variation of the ramp signal is obtained ∼2–3% when output capacitive load varied by 20–30%.
