Device-to-Device (D2D) communication underlaying cellular network is a promising technique of local service to improve the system capacity and spectral efficiency. While, large amount of interference can be caused by sharing the resources between the cellular users and D2D pairs, so an optimal resource allocation method is necessary to coordinate the interference. In generally, the OFDMA can not be used in the uplink of LTE for its high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR), which may generate frequency regrowth and in-band distortion. However, in this paper, the OFDMA will be used in the D2D communication if there is a sufficient input backoff (IBO) which can keep the distortion at an acceptable level by reducing the input power of power amplifier. At the same time, a novel QoS-based resource allocation method is proposed, which is resource block-oriented through the access of OFDMA. The simulation results show that our method and algorithm have a better performance comparing to the previous schemes.
