An innovative spectrometer-free based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for point-of-care test (POCT)

摘要

A novel SPR based sensing platform, which allows the detection directly judged by naked eyes was presented with enhancing sensitivity by using Au/Ag bimetallic layer. The platform possesses large linear detection region in comparison with SPRI that based on intensity interrogation, and can resolve down to 100nM biomolecules without spectrometer.
