摘要

In order to study the action reliability for ammunition swing device of large caliber gun, mathematic model is built based on its main structure and working principle, and then mathematic model is carried out with Runge-Kutta method. Based on truncated distribution theory, considering spring stiffness, spring pre-load, ammunition weight and the distance between ammunition barycenter and gear axes as the random variables, reliability simulation is carried out by Monte Carlo method. The result shows that action reliability of this mechanism is 0.998, and with the decreasing of spring performance, action reliability of this mechanism notability increases.
