In this paper, synchronization for an array of asymmetric static neural networks with coupling and time-varying delay is studied. By constructing the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, utilizing the theory of Kronecker product of matrices and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, the global synchronization sufficient condition which contains the upper bound and the derivative of the time delay for an array of asymmetric static neural networks is obtained. At last, numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the result.
