Real-Time Detection of Protein Kinase A Activity by A Si-Based ARROW-B SPR Biosensor

The ARROW-B SPR biosensor was proposed to provide label-free and high sensitivity characteristics to detect biomolecular interaction. In this work, Si-based ARROW-B SPR biosensors were designed and fabricated to detect protein kinase A activity.
