摘要

This paper introduced a kind of design scheme of mechanical vibration detection system. This system is centered the new-hualong single-chip F310 as control core. Through the linear hall sensor, the micro vibration signal was translated into voltage signal that is in proportion with vibration signal. It adopts triple band-pass filter and amplification circuit to process measuring signal, then the signal is converted into single chip for processing. Through the microcontroller, RS485 is used to transmit the collected data on site in long-distance. Through monitoring PC, the signal can be in real-time display and processing. Thus, we can get the detail information of the mechanical vibration. The experimental results show that: The system has high accuracy; the deviation of vibration amplitude and frequency with the real value is small; desired function is achieved.
