Chlorpyrifos is one of the most widely used five kinds of pesticides in the world, which belongs to medium toxic, so the degradation in the soil has drawn the most attention. In the study, chlorpyrifos high efficient degrading bacteria were mutated by 30W ultraviolet rays in the different exposure time. The results showed that 120s was the best mutagenesis time and mutation effect. The degradation rate of mutant strain X1 screened by the gas chromatographic detection increased by 11.26% on the concentration of 100mg/L of chlorpyrifos trained for 48 hours.
