摘要

Current concerns about energy security and climate change causes an expansion of renewable energy use in all spheres of activity. The company also is interested in integrating sectoral development programs sustainable human settlements, infrastructure to adapt to these programs, human resources, promoting clean technologies and the implementation of environmental quality criteria. Considering all these aspects in this study will make an assessment of seasonal variation in the characteristics of the solar system, characteristics of the regime and sunlight energy captured and converted to a site located in the delta of the Black Sea coast. Depending on the values obtained will choose the type of solar panel to provide a large proportion of energy needs for a single family dwelling type. The calculation presented can be an example of application to expand the use of this form of energy to supply housing in this area.
