摘要

We have fabricated organic photovoltaic devices using PCDTBT and derivatives as the active layer. When the thiophene moiety is substituted with selenophene a reduction in efficiency and hole mobility is observed. Alkoxy sidegroups on the benzothiadiazole results in improved solubility while maintaining high power conversion efficiencies.
