Optimum Design of The Short-term Load Forecasting Model Based on The Analysis on Influencing Factors

摘要

This paper had decomposed the electrical load into four parts which were affected by some influencing factors, and analyzed the inherent mechanism of leading to the part, and introduced the analytic policy to the influencing effect of the four forecasting models ,and put forward the basic structure for short electrical load forecasting model.
