Vapor phase chelate delivery technique for fabrication of rare earth doped optical fiber

摘要

Presenting an optimized process to deliver rare-earth compounds in vapor phase for fabrication of large-core Yb-doped fibers with uniform dopant distribution and good reproducibility. Fibers exhibit good optical properties, suitable for high power laser applications.
