摘要

To realize the undamaged clamp of the diagnosis band and according to its character, a micro-gripper with vacuum absorption method is designed. The micro-gripper can gripe the diagnosis band without destroy it. It's proved by clamping analysis. The finite element analysis of the micro-gripper airway is finished. Based on the experimental platform, a distance calculation method is proposed based on multi-geometric characters of the micro-gripper and the diagnosis band. With the feedback distance information, the micro-gripper aligning to the diagnosis band in high precision. The effectiveness of the method is proved by experiment results.
