The traditional file management system base on Tree mode, limited the file access paths, and resulted in the multiple copies of the same file. This paper presents a multi-dimensional file view model based on precise keyword matching, which provide with m power of n paths to access a file with n key attributes in m dimensional, and provide an algorithm of file location based on the model and the process to create multi-dimensional file management system based on the common file store system. This model is suitable the needs for the applicable of multi-role, multi-angle viewing and accurate file management.
