The dynamical behavior of Colpitts oscillator driven by chaotic pulse sig nal that is based on the bifurcation method is analyzed in this study. We present simulation results of bifurcation in the driven Colpitts system. Colpitts oscilla tor driven by sinusoidal signal and periodic pulse signal are taken as contrast to demonstrate the nonlinear approach for both the sinusoidal and the chaotic mode of operation. With the appropriate choice of driving signal, the Colpitts circuit can process a robust chaotic state. The bifurcation diagram shows a periodic or chaotic oscillation state determined by the factor of the driving signal.
