摘要

In the prevention maintenance of pipelines is important the well working of its cathodic protection system, at the Mexican Republic these systems are of big dimensions due to the great amount of pipelines that shear the same way in the road right, the pipelines may be of different sizes therefore they require a specific quantity of current and voltage for cathodic protection, that is why each pipeline has different susceptibility to the corrosion and in consequence different surfaces with recovering in bad conditions and in contact with the electrolyte.
