Research on the Architecture of Civil Aviation Electronic Government System

摘要

E-government is the important method to make administrative process standardization and higheffectiveness. The civil aviation electronic government system is a complex system, its complexity manifests in the system structure and the system construction two aspects. To normalize design and operation of the system needs to draw up a set of the standards, specifications and methods which maps to civil aviation e-government system design process in, and to the interoperability and information-sharing solution. The goals of the normalization are to realize the interoperable capability of the civil aviation e-government system. It's the foundation of IT governance for civil aviation e-government. This paper adopts the architecture as tool to describe the universal set of the standards, specifications and methods. The architecture is used to research the elements in civil aviation e-government system and relations, as well as information sharing and system reuse mechanism.
