Development and Realization of Geographic Monitoring Information System

摘要

The traditional monitoring system which is mainly to solve the data input and output problems, is facing the monitoring staff, and the data point has not been able to reflect truly the guidance function in space and in the project. The Geographic Monitoring Information System that the paper has developed builds up line by dots and then the line expands into surface using the spatial data processing capability of GIS, and makes the data to be complete data that cover the three-dimensional coordinates and time. Meanwhile after consummating network, analysis ability and authority management, the system can face not only monitoring staff but also managerial staff of analysis decision-making, realizes the construction guidance function truly, improves working efficiency and provides the powerful technical support for the information construction.
