Research on Project Supply Chain Risk Transmission

摘要

Project supply chain's temporality and complexity increase its risk. So the risk management becomes the important part in project supply chain. By comparing with the manufacturing supply chain, the paper analyzes the risk factors of project supply chain; on this basis, it puts forward project supply chain's conceptual model of risk transmission according to the theory of energy release.
