This paper investigates recent china business cycle turning point in real time by utilizing a two variables Markov-switching model using china macroeconomic warning index data and corresponding index data from January 1994 through December 2009. The results suggest that the recent china recession is from July 2008 through February 2009. Multivariate Markov-switching model this paper put forward can identify the recent china recession turning point in real time.
