Design of Business Service Management System for Large and Medium-size Airport Cargo Station

Facing over-growing airport freight logistics, how to improve the management level, operation efficiency and reduce operating costs of civil aviation enterprises, provide customers with fast and humanized services, and promote enterprise competition ability, is a major problem placed in front of modern aviation logistics industry. Business Service Management System for Airport Cargo Station is gradually becoming important approach to guarantee high operating efficiency. This paper proposes the system design, the general structure design and function module design of business service management system for airport, which offers a solution to the increasing demand of the civil aviation freight volume and service requirements of customers, and provides high-quality technical services for system managers and customers.
