The real estate companies play an important role in resolving the city housing problems. On one hand the house price has been high all the time; on the other hand the vacancy rate of commercial housing has been generally larger. How to make the construction plans of the real estate reasonably in order to get maximum revenue is an urgent problem needed to be solved. In this paper a nonlinear programming model was established aiming at the problems of a real estate company in Harbin, then the Month Construction Plan in the first half of 2011 was forecasted through the calculation of software lingo according to the data collected; finally, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the model and expect giving a reference to the views of the real estate building
机译:房地产公司在解决城市住房问题中发挥着重要作用。一方面,房价一直处于高位;另一方面,房价一直处于高位。另一方面,商品房的空置率普遍较高。如何合理制定房地产建设计划以获得最大收益,是亟待解决的问题。针对哈尔滨某房地产公司存在的问题,建立了非线性规划模型,然后根据收集到的数据,通过软件术语的计算,对2011年上半年的建设计划进行了预测。最后,对该模型的优缺点进行分析,并希望能对房地产建筑的观点提供参考。
