A daily routine for millions of people and a staple of preventative health care, the act of brushing one's teeth is often overlooked. Certain disabilities ranging from the physical to the psychological inhibit people from caring for their teeth traditionally. Few available devices on the market address this sector of disabled users, prompting the need to develop a new device. In order to meet these specific customer requirements, cleaning effectiveness, required dexterity, and ease of use were all of high importance.
