With the continuous development of science and technology, human life has been an increasing tendency of information and intelligence. The personal security have been more and more important While people's lives and environment become more relaxed and convenient. All people-oriented applications should focus on providing people with services. No doubt the appearance of the Internet of Things (IOT) provide the community with a more integrated, intelligent services. It linked all entities in the real world through various communications media to achieve the various objects of intelligent identification, location, monitoring and management. IOT have been applied in some fields. In many countries, the services based on IOT have been achieve in a cartoon, the second-generation ID card and the ETC electronic toll collection system. But it is still not applied in the fields of personal safety, due to various reasons. Then in the paper, the scheme of vehicle start safety control system based on the IOT is proposed and the design is given. In the end, the application based IOT is outlooked in order to make it can provide mankind with the better services of personal security.
