Aiming at the evacuation of passengers in urban rail station, this paper establish a recognition model of evacuation capacity bottlenecks in urban rail station based on an M/G/c/c Queuing Theory. Then, this model is applied to the Xizhimen subway station through the collection and analysis of information on the station. Related algorithm is used to define the bottleneck by analyzing the blocking probabilities, throughput, expected number of passengers, expected service time in corridors and stairwells of Xizhimen station. Some optimized schemes are raised and evaluated based on these bottlenecks.
