Design and implementation of Emergency Plan Management System for Railway

摘要

For all sorts of traditional railway emergency plan management deficiencies, the paper proposed the necessity of establishing a scientific and efficient emergency plan management system. B/S mode was adopted to design and develop this system. It firstly describes the overall structure and functions of the system, and then introduces algorithm design of several major functional modules in detail. Finally, the system operating environment is introduced.
