This paper selects unexpected security incidents project as the research object, from the perspective of construction enterprises emergency management is designed to provide a set of construction enterprises in China deal with emergency security incidents project ideas and methods, from the practical level to promote construction enterprises building emergency response capacity and improve its emergency management.
