Automatic and precise disposing of remote sensing video at high speed is playing a more and more important role in military and research fields. Based on the technologies of the first real-time viewing whole 3D lunar selenograph in the world, the whole auto procedure is briefly introduced. Focusing on the extracting of the keypoints of different pictures and getting the couples, an improved Quick and Precise Matching method is proposed. Firstly, the Scale Invariant Feature is improved on the Gaussian Pyramid and location precision after calculating the disposing area and the invalid area upon the topologies of the pieces of the Selenograph to be spliced. Then the Matching part is designed upon the Speed Net with the rough offset between the two pictures with common area, of course, both the size of the speeded net and the searching box can be dynamically adjusted. At the same time, a Synthetical Mismatch Ticking out Method composing the average offset, distance and orientation angle is worked out. Experiments show that precise mosaic and splice can be steadily realized with high speed on PC.
