摘要

This paper introduces a automatic mutual arc welding system, which includes four processes of mutual welding, including arc, melting-down, push down and delay, was controlled by C8051F021 single chip micro-computer, To judge the success of arc by double feedbacks of voltage and current, to judge the time of melt down by arc energy accumulation, so as to sure two processes were accomplished accurately. There is a new-style arc-welding inverter, using powerful component IGBT and invert technique and programmable logic device(PLD). The stimulating and testing results show that FVVM waveforms realized by VHUL possess good adjustable, flexible control property, effectively protect the safety switch to raise the efficiency of the welding.
