With the development of high data rate network, the VLBI can transfer astronomical data via the research networks in real time. There is a long distance between every two telescopes, and the astronomical data transmission requires high network performance, which includes stability& Packet-loss. Therefore, end to end network performance measurement for e-VLBI over fast long-distance hybrid network is very important. In this paper, the network connectivity of radio telescope in China and Europe, and network measurement methods for e-VLBI are described. Then, end to end network performance measurement experiment for e-VLBI over CSTNET is presented too. Finally, a new platform of overlay measurement for e-VLBI is established.
