PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network performance measurement monitoring apparatus capable of coping with even a dynamic change in an IP address independently of the number of clients.;SOLUTION: A network performance measurement monitoring apparatus 1 transmits the communication record data of a server registered in a queue (transmission queue) to a terminal 2. When no communication record data are registered in the queue, the network performance measurement monitoring apparatus 1 transmits dummy data to the terminal 2.
