Evaluation of Different Regional Economic Levels in the Nation Based on Factor Clustering Analysis

摘要

In this paper, it takes local economic development levels of 31 regions in our country as research object. Through collection and analysis of the original data, a regional economic level evaluation index system is built. It uses factor analysis method to sort different regional factor scores by effectively reducing dimensions and taking three common factors, and then, it takes cluster analysis of the three factors as input variables for aggregation to the four categories of the 31 regions, thus enhancing the accuracy of comprehensive evaluation.
