Research of the implementation of integrated project management on the foundation of BIM

摘要

The traditional project management manages every section based on tow-dimension design, each procedure is managed under relative lacerate condition which makes the project management become a typical long process management chain. Information in this management chain loses gradually, which cause many engineering changes. This paper try to bridge the gaps of each procedure information with the method of a implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), which can compress the flow path effectively and establish a Project management framework based on the three-dimension BIM.
