Transgenic plants can directed improve plant traits and obtain a special innovative materials unprecedentedly. To combine transgenic technology with conventional breeding techniques will be the future direction in the development of the cotton breeding. This paper selected a few different transgenic cotton departments stemmed from the same transgenic receptors for the parents, by using the top cross method made up different combinations. Through these combinations by random block design to do strain comparative tests, to evaluate the transgenic accumulation effect and discuss the feasibility by adopting the transgenic accumulation technology to cultivate new cotton varieties.
