Research on Sustainable Development of Hi-tech Industrial Cluster in Respective of Cluster Culture

摘要

Innovation culture in hi-tech industrial clusters is one of the major factors of cluster competitive advantages. This paper analyzes the composition, features and formation conditions of the cluster culture, probes the sustainable development mechanisms of industrial cluster from three levels of cluster spiritual culture, cluster institutional culture and material culture, points out the culture sustainable development strategies of hi-tech industrial clusters based on cluster culture which include giving full play to the role of government, strengthening the organizational construction of industrial clusters, encouraging enterprises to participate actively and improving the entrepreneurship training of hi-tech industrial cluster.
