摘要

The valuation and control of the engineering is the core content of the engineering management,which are two paralleled,interrelated and overlapped the work process in the engineering management,from which,I can see the valuation and the control of the engineering costs are always together.This essay establishes two prediction models suitable for incomplete accumulative engineering costs in different periods.In the medium term of project implementation phase,GM (1,1) gray model to predict the costs for the several phases engineering close to the prediction point is established.In the late term of the project,a simple and feasible prediction model for predicting the costs of all the incomplete engineering is established.Through the dynamic deviation and costs prediction analysis,we can timely adjust the plan and improve the control measures to reach the purpose for controlling the engineering costs at last.
