The Design of Printing Enterprise Material Management Information System

摘要

The material management in printing enterprises with order-driven production mode is very complicated. Small quantity production and personalized demands of different customers make the implementation of purchasing and inventory management information system (MIS) in printing enterprises has its own specialty. On the basis of the status and characteristics of printing industry, this paper presents the demands for material management in modern printing enterprises and builds a framework of material MIS for printing enterprise. By using Java series technologies, a B/S pattern purchasing and inventory MIS for printing enterprise was built, which can realize the purchasing plan based on customer order-driven mode, the collaborative management of materials between enterprises and suppliers, the separated management of printing paper and other materials, the management of materials from customers, etc. Some functional modules of the system are introduced in the paper.
