摘要

The partner selection and evaluation is an important phases in establishing the strategic alliance and winning the competed advantage of cooperation partner in aircraft subcontract production (SP) alliance of aeronautical manufacturing enterprise. In order to establishing the own unique competitive advantages in the many aircraft SP corporation, the five criteria which influenced the vendor's partner selection of aircraft SP alliance were analyzed, and an evaluating targets system and multiple objects decision-making model in enterprise's partner selection were put forward. A model on partner selection and evaluation of vendor based on AHP approach is proposed and achieved by adjusting the size of alternative weight of vendors.
