A Study of the Cooperative Task Decomposition Model and Collaborative Management for Aviation Subcontract Production Alliances based on WBS

In subcontract production (SP) of aeronautical manufacturing enterprise (AME), the key step operated the aviation SP alliance is the cooperative task decomposition model and collaborative management approach based on work broken-down structure (WBS). In order to improve the ability to solve the production management problems in aviation type aircraft development of single enterprise, such as lack core resource and capability, bearing the risk weakly, and short delivery time. A cooperative task decomposition model for aviation SP alliances based on WBS was put forward. An integrating management approach based on PLM with the kernel of project plan was proposed, and the collaborative task management and control model for aviation SP alliances was accomplished. And also, the efficient control and collaborative management to the plan, cost and quality for PLM project of alliance partner were achieved.
