An Analysis of Stakeholder Profits Maximization Financial Goals Based on Social Responsibility

For many years, financial goals, such as profit maximization and corporate value maximization, have been widely accepted as the primary objectives of business activity.However, there is evidence that more and more companies are undertaking social responsibilities and social responsibility to develop a number taking into account financial goals. This article is from the perspective of social responsibility to analysis of the appropriate corporate financial goals, the author describes the concepts of social responsibility and stakeholder theory, then based on the game model analysis of social responsibility, and concluded that the financial goals "stakeholder profit maximization" is the best one which consistent with the development needs of today's society.
