Research on Management Strategy Transformation towards a Low-carbon Enterprise in China

摘要

This paper aims at improving our understanding of the significance of low carbon management strategy for china's enterprises. The authors discussed the weakness for traditional enterprises under a low carbon economy, point out that low carbon management strategy would help enterprises' survive in a low carbon economy, designed the structure of low carbon management strategy for enterprises including low carbon R&D, green growth model, strong financial support and talents cultivating for a low carbon enterprise, and suggested some measures to environment construction for low carbon enterprises.
