With the development of gigabit network, the users are putting forward more and more requirements on virtual private network VPN equipments. The research and implementation of high-speed VPN equipments have great influence on the overall performance of information systems greatly. Currently, many means have been proposed to implement the high-speed IPSec VPN, and the processing speed of encrypting the IPSec VPN protocol is an important factor which affects the overall performance much. In this paper, Traditional parallel encryption methods are analyzed and according to the locality principle of data flow, a new method of concurrent scheduling is introduced using fast streaming of data packet.
