Tor the effective management of SC risk,risk conduction characteristic needs to be evaluated quantitatively.Based on classic energy theory,the probability influence diagram of R&D project supply chain risk conduction was established from topology' layer,functional layer and numerical layer,the applicability of which was analyzed as well.Considering the decision-making aspect,the evaluation frame of R&D project supply chain risk conduction was designed finally.
