摘要

The capsid protein (VP) gene and non-structure protein (NS) gene of Muscovy duck parvovirus (MDPV) were translated into amino sequence by Editseq. The secondary structure and B-cell epitopes of the deduced protein were predicted by Protean. Combining the results according to these methods, the VP and NS have complicated secondary structure. There are several potential B-cell epitopes in VP and NS, including 38-50aa, 152-182aa, 259-266aa, 288-293aa, 320-325aa, 340-345aa, 381-390aa, 498-509aa, 539546aa. 579-584aa, 619-630aa, 684-693aa in VP and 7784aa, 142-152aa, 163-169aa, 247-253aa, 258-265aa, 324-330aa, 462-470aa, 489-512aa, 516-522aa, 540S57aa, 607-613aa and 622-627aa in NS.
