摘要

Along with changes on people's lifestyles and the increase of aging problems, the quantity of service robots required increases greatly. An ARM microprocessor and a real-time embedded μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system are used in the design of the control system of intelligent wheelchairs. Modules of the control system are designed in detail, including motion module, voice recognition module, remote control module, touch screen module, audio module and human-computer interface module. The real-time and robust characteristics of the system designed are proved by simulation results.
