On SWOT Analysis of Private 3PL Enterprise in Chongqing City

Based on the analyzing the status of private third party logistics enterprises in Chongqing city, The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the private third-party logistics enterprises in Chongqing, which are facing internal strength and weakness and external opportunity and threat, and then, this paper has put forward some favorable development strategies and recommendations for the private third-party logistics enterprises to improve their competitive advantage.
