The phenomena of queuing and waiting in bank are common, which cause unnecessary waste time to the customers and also affect the image of bank. After investigated and analyzed the customers, the reception and the first come first serve queuing rules in the queuing system and the priority, the WITNESS software is used to solve the problems of the queuing system. Through the simulation, it counts up the number of customers' service, customer loss quantity, customer's average queue length and the average queue time, and analyzes the operation results of the existing system and finds the problems, finally optimizes the system. The results t through several optimization simulations, compared with the results of the operation of the current system. The bank queuing system is optimized. From researching the queue system, some phenomena of the management are improved;the service quality' and efficiency are improved.
