microcontroller minimum system which composed of the least components is a minimum application system. In order to facilitate designers themselves to develop and apply, we designed a microcontroller minimum system. C8051F320 is the main controlling chip in the system, and the system include power circuit, reset circuit, clock circuit, memory expansion circuit, serial communication circuit, LCD display circuit, and described the function of each part Experiments show that the principle of the minimum system was right, and the performance was stable. The minimum system can be used for scientific research, electronic circuit design and other fields.
